Nimble plans are prepaid. Your selected plan term, handset bundle, top-ups, and total price are shown before payment. Service starts after successful payment and account provisioning.

Payments
Payments are processed through WiPay. Orders may remain pending until payment confirmation is received. Failed or abandoned checkout sessions do not activate service.

Network performance, roaming, eSIM support, and 5G access depend on device compatibility, coverage, carrier availability, and provisioning status.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate account information, keep login details secure, and use the service lawfully. Support can assist with account, device, warranty, and return questions.
